Fecal Flotation IH (1251) or Fecal Parasite Test (OP) –a routine test for intestinal parasites, recommended at least once a year, requires a fresh stool sample.

Heartworm 4DX Plus IH (1252) or 4DX Heartworm/Lyme/Anaplasma/Ehrlichia (4DX) or Heartworm/Blood Parasite –a test for Heartworm disease and for tick borne diseases, requires a blood sample.

Wellness examination (2001A and 2001) –this is a reminder for a full health check-up, recommended annually for most dogs and cats, to assess physical changes in health, and discuss disease prevention through laboratory tests, vaccination, and parasite prevention protocols.

CANINE VACCINE REMINDERS;

Bordetella Inj Vacc (1300C) or Canine Bordetella Oral Vacc (1306A) or Bordetella Nasal Vacc (1300A) –these are all reminders for an annual Kennel Cough vaccination

Canine DA2PPV Vacc (1303B or 1303C) –these are reminders for the core Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus vaccinations.  These diseases are considered endemic (always present) and should be part of the vaccination protocol for every dog.  They can be carried on shoes, clothing and skin into the house.

Leptospirosis Vacc (1302B) –this is a reminder for the annual Leptospirosis vaccination, which is recommended for most dogs.

Lyme Disease Vacc (1320B) –this is a reminder for the annual Lyme disease vaccination, which is recommended for some dogs.

Canine Rabies Vacc (1311A or 1311B) –this is a reminder for Rabies vaccination, recommended for all dogs, and required by our municipal bylaws.

FELINE VACCINE REMINDERS;

Feline FVRCP Vaccination (2302B or 2302C) –this is a reminder for Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Pneumonitis vaccination, recommended for all cats.  These diseases can be transmitted on shoes, clothing and skin into the house.

Feline Leukemia Vaccination (2303B or 2303C) –this is a reminder for Feline Leukemia vaccination, recommended for all outdoor cats or cats that could be exposed to this virus.

Feline Rabies Vaccination (2311) –this is a reminder for annual Rabies vaccination, recommended for all cats, and required by our municipal bylaws.
