As a new client of Chippawa Animal Hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs. We will always treat your pet with the utmost care, kindness and compassion.

• When you arrive, please call in to the office from your car.  You and your pet will be warmly welcomed by one of our staff members, and escorted into the clinic for your visit.
• You will be brought into an exam room as close to your appointment time as possible.
• Once in an exam room, our Technician (RVT) will assist the Veterinarian to examine your pet and take the history information for the medical record.
• Our Veterinarian will discuss their findings with you to determine next steps.  If all is well, perhaps just an update of vaccinations, with a fecal parasite test and/or wellness blood test will be recommended.  We can also perform more extensive testing when required, including radiographs (x rays), blood pressure, etc.
• We strive to see clients on time, and although we allocate slots in the schedule for emergencies, there are times when an emergency requires our immediate attention or a procedure takes longer than expected.  We will ensure these delays are as minimal as possible. When needed for your pet, we will provide the extra time that they require for an emergency.
